We'll refresh your LinkedIn imagery - banners for both personal and company profiles. Everyone has a different message, so we don't think everyone should have the same banner. Making them more personable makes recruiters' profiles more engaging, and more sellable.
From month three, a marketing strategy to get excited about - built on real knowledge of the business, with real outcomes in mind. A strategy that problem-solves, not just churns out creative. From there we move into a longer engagement and ongoing support that tackles your biggest priorities one at a time.

We come to you for the first 2–3 days. In that time we run all the discovery sessions and gather everything we need to get the work started - plus headshots, b-roll video and stock photography of the team to use going forward. Travel and accommodation? On us. Every time we come to see you, it's covered - never out of your budget.
This phase is about laying the foundations of a marketing function you can build on - giving the team the tools they need to sell better and use LinkedIn more effectively. We get the essentials shipping: brand-building collateral, letterheads, living landing-page pitch decks, LinkedIn banners for personal and company profiles - and much more. We'll have a very clear idea of exactly what's needed once we've done your discovery phase.
As we get to know the business, priorities shift - and we move with them. We stay reactive, building and refining the things that'll have the biggest impact, rather than working to a plan that was set in stone before we understood you.
At the start of month three we come back on-site to shoot video - video that sits across your living pitch decks, your sales funnels, and recruiter LinkedIn socials. By this point we know exactly what needs producing to support the team's efforts and the goals of the marketing function.
Then at the end of month three is where we get excited for the future. We deliver a full marketing strategy to move forward with - not a fancy video here and a text image there, but real material to push Seer towards its goals and keep building on the foundations we've laid. Our whole mentality is using marketing to solve problems. Need more talent in the business? Let's build an EVP campaign to support the team's hiring efforts. That's the job.
